Washington Chicken Coup

The recent Venezuelan ‘Peoples’ uprising,’ and subsequent coup touted by US-CIA ASS-et Juan Guiado has fizzled out and failed, spectacularly.

The US propaganda, disinformation, and psyops has not had the effect the US neo-con warmongering circus thought it would.

The entire coup on Tuesday, April 29, has gone bad, and the main ringleaders had to flee for safety. Leopold Lopez, Juan Guiado’s right-hand has fled to the Spanish embassy for protection, and Juan Guiado is hiding somewhere.

These two fools have gotten themselves into a bad predicament, and help is not forthcoming. They both face arrest for treason and sedition.

Their fake US-choreographed coup did not succeed because the majority of the Venezuelan people and the military are against it.

US regime has seriously overstepped its boundaries, and overestimated their own chances. They realize that they are wrong here. Everyone can see this. Even the feckless EU has been cold toward the failed coup attempt.

Trump is making very dangerous mistakes here, and is getting terrible advice. He needs to put a stop to the warmongering of the demented neo-cons John Bolton and Mike Pompeo. These two criminals are leading him down the primrose path to failure, where he will meet disaster and disgrace at the other end. He will end up like George W. Bush, whom these two characters also set up for failure with their Iraq war lies.

And when the walls around Trump crumble in on him, Bolton and Pompeo will jump ship by resigning, and will go on to work for neo-con think tanks where they will keep on promoting their criminal ideology, and wait for the next elected idiot that they can manipulate and mislead to come along.

Is Trump really this ignorant, and thinks that what he is doing is good? Is he being forced to go along with this lunacy, or is he being fed disinformation by Bolton and Pompeo, who are using him to pursue their own evil establishment agendas?

The latter question could explain the failure of the staged coup in Caracas earlier this week. Trump may have been given bogus information that made things look much more favorable than was the case, and naively signed off on it. With a professionally-trained CIA liar like Mike Pompeo by his side, this is quite likely.

But regardless of what happened, Trump has already disgraced himself by breaking his campaign promise to pursue good relations with countries, and to stop the wars and interventions.

He has up to now, whether on his own or as a result of the pressure brought on by the fake Russia-gate fiction, broken international law by recognizing Jerusalem and Golan Heights as zionist territory, backed out of the JCPOA and INF, threatening to walk away from the START treaty, imposing illegal sanctions, threatening military aggression against states that are not a threat to the US, bombing Syria under false pretense twice, and organizing illegal coups.

It is doubtful whether Trump can ever redeem himself. He is too far gone by now, and won’t listen to reason. He says one thing today, and does the opposite tomorrow. He has surrounded himself with dangerous advisers who are feeding him bad ideas.

It is now up to Russia and China and other nations to help Venezuela weather this.

It is highly doubtful that the US will attack Venezuela. US has no support within the country. A military attack on Venezuela would be illegal and would result in a strong backlash, not to mention a quagmire for any US forces sent there.

There is no success for the US in any of this. All US regime changes so far have been disasters. The longer US tries and fails, the less likely it is that it will succeed. This has happened in Syria.

Trump has only two options: economic recovery at home, or war. He can’t have both.

Maybe Trump is just going along with all this neo-con inspired  nonsense for election purposes.

Many people voted for him because they saw him as a non-interventionist who will end the warmongering and focus on the country.

But Trump has betrayed these principles, and has lost much of the support from those who are against regime changes and wars.

To make up for this loss of support, he has turned to the polar-opposite for support: interventionist malcontents, like the Cuban exile community, and others who want the US to intervene in other countries to fight 'communism,' or whatever else these people see as bad.

Kudos to Hugo Chavez for reorganizing the Venezuelan armed forces and removing US-agents and other saboteurs from within its top ranks. This has, no doubt, made a big difference.

The Venezuelan armed forces have conducted themselves very professionally and honorably. By not selling themselves out to the US regime, they proved that they are not cheap charichatures that can be had for some scraps off the US imperial table. What good would they be, if they betrayed their country to a foreign power? They would’ve lost all legitimacy.

All the best to Venezuela, Maduro, the people of Venezuela, and their allies.
