Russia and Reality

The US has been acting more and more unhinged out of desperation and spite.

The new regime of Joey Atric (Joe Biden) seems to be continuing the self-destructive looniness of the previous Trump/Pompeo regime.

The false accusations against Russia, Iran, China and others is a sign that the US is losing the plot.

Last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at the Valdai Forum that the only thing Russia is worried about is catching a cold at the funeral of Russia’s ill-wishers, and that despite all their propaganda and sanctions and other nuttery, Russia isn’t going away.

Putin also alluded to a hypothetical future formal military alliance between Russia and China.  But this looks to be a veiled warning to the US, that if any US regime pushes Russia and China too far, such an alliance could be a reality. And if that happens, it’s permanent lights out for the US empire, at the very least economically and strategically

Putin is an intelligent tactician. He doesn’t say or do anything until it has been well thought-out, and necessary. He never says what he doesn’t mean. Unlike the ex-president Trump, Putin doesn’t talk first and think later.

At worse, Putin roots for whoever, and whatever divides and weakens the US from within. And the beauty in all of this is that Putin isn't lifting a finger! The dumbed-down US electorate and the psychopaths that govern that land are doing all the work for him. This is the truth that the democrats and their snowflake supporters are too stupid to figure out. The 'Russian collusion' is just an illusion.

So Russia and China have the US by the stones. The US cannot destroy either one, let alone both of them at the same time. Now, the US regime led by whichever grumpy old man will have to cool it, whether they like it or not.

The issue with the sale of the Russian-made S-400 air defense system to Turkey has been a very sore spot for the US.

Not only is the S-400 better than anything the US has in its air defense arsenal, but it renders the F-35 a sitting duck in the sky.

And its purchase by Turkey also carries with it powerful symbolism.

By buying these Russian-made air defense systems, Turkey is showing that Russia isn't really an enemy, and that it is a reliable country to have relations with.

Because you don't buy weapons from untrustworthy enemy states. In this way, Turkey is spoiling NATO's anti-Russian vibe, and this is what irks the US establishment.

Turkey also has the 2nd biggest, and most powerful military force within NATO after the US. So this is no small thing.

Putin expertly outplayed the US and the entire NATO alliance by chumming it up with Erdogan. In this way he neutralized a NATO member, and Russia now has a sort of Trojan horse within NATO.

The anti-Russian consensus within NATO has been weakened as a result of this Russian-Turkish partnership.

However, this isn’t simply a cynical move by Putin. This partnership is also good for peace, stability, and both countries economies.

For Putin and Russia, equally beneficial partnerships transcend blocs and alliances. For the US, blocs and alliances are used to co-opt others and bend them to the will of the US.

It’s not hard to see who has the upper hand here in the long-run.

US also sanctions Russian energy projects in the EU, like Nord Stream 2, with the excuse that it subordinates the EU to Russia. US wants the EU to stop buying gas from Russia and replace it with more expensive US LNG.

But if Russian gas is so bad for the EU, then why isn’t the US doing anything against countries like Ukraine and Poland, which are used as transit countries for Russian gas to the rest of Europe? Why isn’t the US sanctioning Ukraine and Poland?

Also, Russia’s South stream gas project from some years ago was scuttled by US and EU, including Germany, which is now staunchly defending the NS2 project since it benefits its interests. So this entire gas drama is not about dependency on Russian gas, but about individual EU countries self-interests and US desire for profits.

US whines that Russia is politicizing gas supplies, but it is the US that is blatantly doing so. This US hypocrisy is being noticed, and is actually hurting the US, whether the US regime realizes this or not.

The general worldview of the US is driven by ignorance and malice.

The US establishment thinks that what is good for the US is also good for the rest of the world, and commences to impose its will on everyone else; even if this goes against other nations interests.

And if any nation dares to reject US dictates, and insists on following its own policies, then the US labels that nation as undemocratic, as a tyranny, dictatorship, human right abuser, sponsor of terrorism, and maligns it with sanctions, blockades, tariffs, attempts at regime change, and other dirty tricks.

The problem is, that in the west government has become a public-private enterprise, but an increasingly private enterprise. Government power is used to promote corporate interests and is subordinate to them. Society is also subordinated to the profit motive above everything else. This has already caused serious problems within US society, and growing divisions.

In Russia, there is still the classic model of government authority over all. Classic, pre-communist Russian Orthodox traditions are being reborn.

Russians overwhelmingly reject western-style liberalism as a destructive, alien system which contradicts the general conservative nature of Russian society. This is the buffer that the US wants to destroy. Until it does so, it won’t be able to control Russia from the inside.

Were the US and EU to succeed in doing so, it would eventually lead to Russia becoming a bought-and-paid-for neo-colony of the west, akin to Ukraine’s current shoddy status. Russia would be parceled off to private owners, and the government would just be a figurehead and plaything of private interests. Before Putin came along, this process was already underway.

The US relationship with Russia was always predicated on subduing Russia and bending it to the will of the US and its lackeys. The US and the EU never had any intention of making Russia a full, equal partner. Their intent was to westernize Russia by hook and crook, but treat it as a separate, subservient appendage. Since this attempt has failed, the US isn't keeping up the pretense any longer of any partnerships and such, and Russia isn't either due to being cheated and lied to.

Russians have realized that the west was over-hyped, and that its so-called liberal culture is destructive. It is why Russia has started to distance itself from the US and EU. Those entities no longer offer Russia anything beneficial in the long-run.

The self-styled, or CIA-styled anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny has been in the news for sometime due to his stunts and foibles.

CIA ASSet Alexei Navalny

His fake nerve agent poisoning stunt last year was a false flag to compel Russia into giving in to the US and EU on various issues, among them Belarus and the killing of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project. But these efforts have gone nowhere.

The creators of these stunts banked on Russia giving in. But since this did not happen, the stunt creators were left with having to provide some sort of evidence for their accusations, which they couldn’t; but tried to do so by inventing absurd stories.

The first nail in the coffin of this false flag was the fact that Navalny was allowed to leave Russia for Germany. This ruined the plot. After all, why would Putin, if he wanted Navalny dead, allow him to leave Russia? Second, Navalny recently came back to Russia. Would he really do so, if Putin really tried to kill him? Who would want to go back to a country ruled by people who wanted to kill you? This was the last nail in the coffin of this poisoning lie.

Alexei Navalny is not a legit anti-corruption activist. He is a fake, a liar, and a thief. His only claim to fame is that he doesn't like Putin and kisses western rear-ends. That's it. That's all you need to do these days to be a 'Russia expert' and an 'anti-corruption activist,' and pocket those US/EU/NATO paychecks. It is doubtful if Navalny even believes his own anti-corruption rhetoric.

Also, it would be interesting to know who paid for Navalny’s stint at Yale University. Yale is expensive, and I doubt that the average Russian could just go there on their own dime, especially at the time Navalny was of college age.

The various western NGO and government-funded stipends were given out like candy back in the 1990s and 2000s to train up and indoctrinate future politicians in E. Europe to do western bidding, and act as their agents and faithful lackeys. We now see the disastrous, and absurd results of pro-western and US brainwashing. Because the US gives nothing for free. There is always a catch. There is always a quid pro quo. ALWAYS!

Any US strategist who talks about 'engaging with Russia' doesn't mean it. Their aim is to weaken and neutralize Russia so the US can plunder it, and once again run roughshod over the world, unhindered.

The US and EU say that they want Russia to be free, democratic and prosperous, and for Russians to have good lives.

But that is not true. These are the last things the west wants for Russia. Russia is free now, and more prosperous than ever before, yet US and EU constantly complain about Russia being a threat, pass sanctions on it, and attempt to stir up trouble by supporting con-men like Navalny.

The west wants Russia to be poor, weak, and on its knees; constantly begging it for favors. The west wants another drunken President Yeltsin that they can keep on a short leash, and who will agree to, and sign whatever the US puts in front of his inebriated face.

The west wants to subdue, exploit, and buy up Russia - cheap. It wants to turn back the clock to the 1990s when everything in Russia was up for grabs, regardless of the methods used.

Back then, when thousands disappeared and were killed each year by organized crime groups because of personal vendettas, no one in the west cared. Corruption and fraud in and out of government was rampant. Oligarchs controlled the country and turned individual regions into their personal fiefdoms. Yet, no one in the west complained much. No one in the west was threatening Russia with sanctions, or demanding corrections. We only heard superficial appeals for Russia to deal with corruption and economic reforms.

When Boris Yeltsin sent the Russian military into Chechnya, western governments said and did nothing. They enjoyed watching Russia bogged down in a Vietnam-style internal war.

But when Putin came along and put an end to that conflict on his terms, western governments started making noise about Russian war crimes and violations of human rights. The US and EU started embracing any and all violent Chechen Islamists as freedom fighters and victims, regardless of their sordid affiliations and excesses.

The west was quite happy to see Russia in a miserable, chaotic state.

When Yeltsin had tanks target the Russian parliament in 1993, the US and EU supported and praised him for doing so. Imagine if this happened today with Putin in power. There would be no end to western screams of Putin being a dictator, a Hitler, a tyrant, another Stalin, and that Russia is sliding into autocracy.

So, no. The west doesn’t want an independent, strong, and prosperous Russia. This goes against US/EU/NATO and their lackeys core interests. Every western politician who says they want Russians to have good lives, freedom, jobs, and earnings is lying.

Western actions betray their fake concern for Russia and Russians.

It also defies logic. Because since Russia is better off now than it was in the 1990s, yet the US doesn't like Russia now but liked it back then, we can only deduce from this that the west cares zero about the Russian public.

If the west truly wanted a prosperous and independent Russia, then it would leave Russia alone to develop freely, without sanctions, provocations, internal meddling in its affairs, and without exploiting con-men like Navalny to deliberately cause disorder.

Joey Atric's intent not to engage with Russia is an admission by the US regime that Russia can no longer be high-jacked by them.

The US sees itself as a world hegemon, and the US exploitative economic system needs others to bilk and exploit. The US cannot survive otherwise, as we are witnessing right now. US strategy for decades has been to keep Russia and China apart. But aggressive and reckless US policies have led to the opposite. Now, the US wants to break up this relationship, but it is not going to happen. US cannot realize its aims as long as the China/Russia partnership exists.

Notice the wily US behavior. One week, it's evil China bashing time, the next it's evil Russia bashing time; with some Iran thrown in to spice things up some. US regime alternates between Russia hate/China hate/Iran hate to throw all three off-balance. It's good cop one day, bad cop the next. This is not diplomacy. This is lunacy.

A US military option against Russia and/or China is not possible, since the US is no longer protected from Russian and Chinese missiles. Any attempt by the US to engage these nations militarily will end with the physical destruction of the US and any NATO ally stupid enough to get involved.

Even North Korea and Iran have enough sticks and firepower to keep the US at bay, regardless of any US denials to the contrary.

The regime of Joey Atric will not turn any of this around. They are following the same old tired formula of Barack Obama, and are continuing the policies of Trump. Both have failed, and Biden will fail as well.

This isn’t 2015, where Old Joe can just blow off the dust from his old script and continue on as if nothing has changed.

The COVID19 pandemic has ravaged the US economy, and the resulting mismanagement and chaos has significantly deepened the already deep divisions within US society.

Some US vassals have become quite disillusioned with everything that has been happening in the US for the past 4 or so years, and have distanced themselves from US nuttery.

It's not looking good for the US, no matter how you slice it.

The US will have to relent and find a healthy way to interact with the world, or it will perish.

Capital Crimes

The recent riots in Washington, DC provoked by Trump’s election fraud conspiracy stories have resulted in 4 deaths, and serious breach of public order and security.

It has also embarrassed the US in the eyes of the international community.

In the wake of Trump’s minions storming the capitol bldg., world leaders, as well as politicians from the Republican party, and even Trump’s allies have condemned him for what has happened.

Already, some of his cabinet members have quit in protest.

Let’s bottom line it: Trump is solely responsible for the degenerate mess that the US has been in since the beginning of last year.

Not only did he deal poorly and tactlessly with mass public anger in the wake of the killing of George Floyd, which led to the protests spiraling out of control, but he also worked up his die-hard supporters with election fraud lies and drama since before the election even happened; the result being more chaos, injury and deaths.

Every congress critter that supported Trump’s election loss temper tantrums must either be dismissed, or wear a clown outfit at work for the rest of their terms.

Trump has seriously miscalculated and caused a huge mess. He needs to be immediately impeached, if for no other reason than to prevent him from making a worse mess somewhere during his last few weeks in office. Having provoked a serious riot that led to deaths, he will be scrambling to blame someone, and divert attention from himself. He may even start a war.

It is a very dangerous situation.

As for the troglodytes on the liberal side who are currently wailing and complaining about Trump’s violation of the sacred temple of democracy, and about him damaging cherished US democratic rights and norms, it must be asked: What democracy are they referring to?

The US is not, never has been, and wasn’t even designed to be a democracy.

The US electoral system is indeed corrupt, but not because of imaginary Russian or Chinese interference, or even because of Trump, or Biden.

Unfairness and fraud has been built-into it since the beginning, with the electoral college circus that over-rules the popular vote, and the huge sums of private money being pumped into every election.

The liberals act as if everything was good and right before Trump came along, and that it is only because of him that democracy and everything else has been falling apart.

The liberals and other deluded dreamers in the illusion of US democracy and goodness, always seem to compartmentalize and separate anything and anyone which interferes with their idealized, romantic, and benevolent view of what they have been told the US is in school.

When a congress critter or a president does something awful, like starting a war based on lies, a war which is supported and cheered on by the vast majority of the government, they are viewed by some as aberrations, as violators of the goodness of the US. Even after decades of constant and consistent war-mongering and corruption by the same two parties operating under the same laws, there are still those who compartmentalize and separate these misfits into another category, removed from the goodness that they think is the US.

The liberals and other deluded fools refuse to entertain the notion that the US is inherently flawed, and that its foundations are not as pure as they seem, and that the corruption, wars, lies, and shortcomings are not one-offs, or the fault of just one particular group or party, but made possible by a bad system that isn't working and needs change.

These same problems were here before Trump. The ugly reality of what the US is underneath the pretty democratic veneer has been carefully hidden, until Trump came along.

What Trump did was tear off that fake mask of benevolent US democracy for all to see the terrible and depressing reality beneath it. And it seems like some people are having a psychologically hard time coming to terms with it.

Biden won’t be able to fix any of this. All that he will do is try to put that fake mask of benevolence back on and pretend nothing happened. But this won’t work. The world has gotten a good, long glimpse behind the veil, and it doesn’t like what it sees.

Biden will most likely be a worse president than Trump, but his failures will be worse as well. He will be unable to redeem the US, or to restore US global power to what it was.

These riots in the US capitol bldg. are giving people in the US a dose of the same poison that the US has been feeding people elsewhere, in places like Ukraine, Belarus, Hong Kong, Serbia and Iran in the last few decades.

After everything that has happened in the last 4 years, the US has lost the right to criticize any other country’s level of democracy, human rights, and elections.

The US must fix itself first before it tells anyone else what to do.

The US desperately needs a constitutional convention, look at the entire constitution from top to bottom, and revamp the whole thing. It’s been 245 years, so it’s definitely time for changes to be made.

An old constitution is like an old car. You may be used to it, and like it; but if it's broken, it either needs to be rebuilt with better parts, or junked and replaced.

Clinging to an outdated and stale constitution that doesn't work that well anymore (recent events prove that it doesn’t) is not normal and pragmatic. And don’t talk about tradition here. There is nothing admirable about clinging to something that doesn’t work just because it has been around for a long time. It’s just odd and weird.

The US likes to criticize other nations political and economic systems, and how much they need to be reformed, but it is the US-above any other nation today-that needs the most change.
