The Do-Nothings Strike Again

The pathetic and hopeless do-nothing US congress has passed more sanctions on Russia.

What we are seeing is a bunch of morons and losers in Washington using false accusations to sanction countries that they can't compete with in certain spheres. That's basically what's going on. It seems that the US flushed the true free-market play-book down the toilet long ago.

And BTW-this isn't about simply sanctioning Russia. This is also about sanctioning all of Europe and keeping it under the US boot.

The US knows that if the EU and Russia have normal relations, it will seriously erode US economic power. The US regime is scared to death of this.

The US also wants to keep China and Europe as far away from each other as possible for the same reasons. An economic partnership between EU, Russia and China is a nightmare scenario for the US.

The US wars in the Mideast, sponsoring of terrorist groups, the fake Maidan revolt in Ukraine, the ABM shields and bases in E. Europe are all desperate attempts to prevent any sort of convergence between East and West which would seriously erode US global economic hegemony.

But it is already too late. The US is over 100% in debt, and other nations and blocs are forming partnerships that have, and will continue to undermine US power.

US power and influence has already waned, and this trend will continue. The US is up against powerful rivals, rivals which have well-equipped modern militaries that cannot be simply pushed aside.

Sanctions that the US is threatening on Russia are futile and desperate acts. They won’t succeed and will have unintended consequences. US allies in Europe are already threatening retaliatory measures. There is only so much the US can do until their vassals start complaining, and that is not a good thing for the US in the long-term.

But the fact is that US power is in decline. The US in desperation is trying to grasp at straws by making up idiotic accusation against Russia. The US cannot, and will not regain any lost ground until it subordinates China and Russia to itself. But that is no longer a possibility.

Those foolish nations like Poland and the Baltic states who still blindly support any and all US brain-farts will also pay a heavy price, and when that day comes, the US won’t be there to help them. This is 100% guaranteed.

When it comes to the US, a cornered, wounded animal is the most dangerous.
