Post-Boston Analysis

The Boston bombings by two brothers from Chechnya have reignited debates on terrorism, Islamic extremism and the need to “do more.”

Russian President Putin stressed that Russia and the US must work together closer on fighting terrorism.

But Putin is making an error. He should know better than to join himself tighter to the US security-state hip. Judging by the way the US government and the supine US mainstream media treated Putin, he should be suspicious of the whole entire bombing escapade anyway.

There are three main reasons that I see why Russia must not collaborate any further with the US on counter-terrorism:

1. Since the 1990s, US regimes from Clinton onwards have been generally sympathetic to the Chechen rebels and their supposed fight for independence. Numerous pro-Chechen organizations were formed in the US and some European countries, and which still exist. They provided aid and shelter to Chechen separatists and their leaders. Granted, this support is not really because the US cares about those people, but because the Chechnya issue could be exploited to destabilize and weaken Russia.

2. The US has supported Islamist fanatic militant groups in Libya in 2011 to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi, a secular leader, and is today aiding and abetting Al Qaeda-linked militant groups in Syria. These groups conduct massacres, beheadings, bombings and kidnappings on a daily basis and have terrorized the Syrian populations for over two years now.

3.   The bombings in Boston may be an inside job perpetrated by US government agencies in order to squelch criticism and crack down on dissenters, as well as a way for the US government to worm its way further into the internal business of foreign states, especially Russia, in order to undermine them from within.

So there is definitely a disconnect here between US words and actions.

The US government can deny, excuse and lie and dance around the fact that it sponsors terrorist groups in Syria all it wants, but the facts speak for themselves.

When Chechen rebel groups, who in the past were aided by US/west, set off bombs in Russian subways and held Russians hostage in schools and theatres, the US did not give a damn. There was no mass-sympathy for the victims and no worldwide “call to action.” Americans did not really care.

But two Americans get killed by a bomb set off by the same extremists, whom the US and its allies have been coddling for years, in a US city and the whole world suddenly has to get down on their knees and wail and genuflect!

Whether these two characters were just patsies in a false-flag terror act concocted by the FBI or some other spook organization within the US government, or whether these two were independently acting on their own beliefs and grievances, only time will tell.

But one FACT is indisputable: The actions and policies of the US government inspired and drove these two brothers, directly or indirectly, to commit these acts of terror in Boston.

Bombs and Banks

The Boston trash can bombings on April 15 rattled the whole country once again. In their wake, we are starting to see some familiar ghosts from the post-9/11 daze.

Paranoid claims about Arabs, chemical-laced letters, including one supposedly sent to congressman which was laced with ricin. Although ricin is harmless when touched, and only dangerous if ingested. So whoever sent this in, if in fact this is true and not made-up scare propaganda, did it to scare, not to hurt.

I’m not going to go into an emotional tirade about these bombings and their victims. They are no more special than the thousands of Afghans and Iraqis and others  the US has bombed in the last 12 years from safe distances with their drones like cowards. They are no more special than the thousands of Syrians whom the US-sponsored terror groups target with car bombs and mortars in Damascus and elsewhere in Syria.

Indeed, it is hard to feel sorry for these Americans when one takes into account the vicious terror the US government has unleashed on civilians elsewhere in the world.

Up to now, the authorities have not found any suspects, and indeed it is taking them kind of a long time to do so.

The bombs themselves were crude using readily available materials. Instructions for building bombs are only a click away on the internet, so this very well may just be a domestic act of violence.

I my view, one of the following scenarios may be true:

1.       This is the work of a lone-wolf attacker, not affiliated with any group, and it caught the authorities’ off-guard. This may explain the reason why they have not apprehended anyone yet. It may also dispel the notion that this was a false-flag attack.

2.       This is an inside-job and a false-flag attack staged by shadowy government agencies in order to have a pretext for clamping down on civil liberties, take away guns-or anything else the authorities don’t want people to have-or as a raison d’être to start another war by falsely implicating North Korea, Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, Hamas or any other nation/group the US does not like for political/economic reasons.

As of now, with no suspect apprehended, it is hard to tell what the case is. But unlike right after 9/11, where George Bush and the neo-con criminal gang suddenly and magically pulled Osama Bin laden out of their pockets, a mere 1.5 days after the attacks, no such sudden magic card exists here.

It is also possible that the attackers are never identified and the whole case becomes cold. Something akin to the Kennedy assassination may be in the works and a whitewash, along with a patsy will be trotted out in front of the public.

But if no one is identified, or  some patsy is trotted out who supposedly is affiliated with Iran, Syria, etc, or if suddenly Iran, Syria, North Korea, Hezbollah are accused of carrying out these attacks, then this will be 100% proof that these attacks were indeed a false-flag in order to justify repression at home and war abroad.

There may be another possibility: These attacks were the work of Israeli Mossad agents in order to force Obama’s hand against Iran .  After all, the Zionists have been trying their best to make the most ludicrous accusations against Iran stick with no luck. This may be a last-ditch attempt to fool and rally the public to their nefarious causes.
But there are some things about this whole even that are suspicious.

Bomb drills were scheduled for the same day. Right after the bombs went off, a cop nearby started yelling that this is only a drill and no one should panic. Why would a cop say this? Plus, police with bomb-sniffing dogs were present in the vicinity of the race the whole day.

Strange that no one noticed or bothered to check trash cans, so obvious, for any suspicious items. And why are videos of the vicinity of the bomb blasts not yielded any suspects? Are they being confiscated? Why  is there such a delay in making them public? Private establishments nearby most surely have their own surveillance systems which captured something.

If in the coming days these tapes are deemed “damaged”, “lost” or “confiscated” for whatever reason, we can bet these bombings were an inside job.

Whatever happens, you can bet these bombings will be used to curtail more civil liberties and enact more repressive measures. The government never ceases to exploit chaos to attain more power for itself.

BANKING BLUES

The failure of the banks in Cyprus has led the EU to impose the most nastiest type of resocue so far, a bail-in.

Wealthy depositors, mainly Russians, will be forced to pay a tax on their deposits in order to bail-out the bank.

The traditional bail-out where a government gives money to insolvent banks to rescue them are gone.

This act which was pulled off in Cyprus is nothing less than theft. To just take bank depositors money to pay creditors is insane. It shows what a miserable failure the EU and the free-market system has become.

But if anyone thinks that this was a just a one-time thing, then think again. The US government already has plans to take possession of depositors’ accounts, as well as their safety deposit boxes in order to bail-out a bank.

The money taken from depositors to save the failing bank will be converted to bank stock, which will be worth less than the sum of the money taken.

Once depositors’ money is converted into shares of bank stock, FDIC insurance no longer applies as stocks are non-insurable. If those stocks go south, people will lose everything with no hope of rescue.

This is the last stage of the fleecing of society by the capitalist criminal complex.

Cyprus was not a one-off deal. Cyprus was a test run, to be repeated elsewhere, and repeated it shall be. It is just a matter of when, not if.

To all those who have their savings in banks, especially the too big to fail & jail fraud factories like Chase, Bank of America and others, beware!

Here is what everyone should do to avoid your money from being taken away:

1.       Withdraw all money beyond what is necessary to pay your monthly bills from your account(s)
2.       Keep all your savings and valuables outside of any financial institutions
3.       Take out all items from your deposit box and stop using it
4.       Divest yourself of any investments and stocks of the big banks and cash it in right now
5.       Invest some money into gold and silver that you can take home with you, not a certificate that can be used to get the gold/silver later, because there may not be a later

It is self-evident to anyone with at least average intelligence that the banking institutions cannot be trusted.

Those who are naïve enough to trust them may end up with empty wallets.

RUst in Peace!

Margaret Thatcher, the Prime Minister of Great Britain throughout the 1980s, died on April 8, 2013.

While the right-wing corporate bankster elites and their henchmen are singing her praises for “saving Britain,” the working people at large know better about what she was: a greed-ridden hag who crushed unions and ruined industries without an afterthought as to the damage she caused.

When she came into office, getting rid of any program of social uplift was her main goal. She gutted the British coal and car industries, she took away food assistance from poor families, and consigned many to the unemployment rolls.

She handed Britain’s wealth to the banking industry and privatized government assets. She declared war on trade unions and almost crushed them.

She was a cold-hearted, rude, arrogant and vindictive. She exploited the Falklands war to ride into office for another term on the bodies of dead Argentine and British soldiers. Her handling of the Falklands crisis was idiotic and has soured relations with Argentina for decades since.

When she left office in 1990, malevolent Maggie was reviled by the British public because of years of gutting social welfare and rolling back the progressive gains made by British workers since the post-war period.

Her disastrous and anti-social misrule coincided with the ascendancy of another mediocrity across the Atlantic little Ronnie Reagan, who like Thatcher, destroyed unions, fired air traffic controllers, started gutting financial regulation and handed billions of dollars of taxpayer money to the Wall St. low-lifes.

Maggie and Ronnie were practically a husband and wife team, wreaking havoc simultaneously over two countries. Their coddling of bankster con-men and theft of public resources on behalf of the wealthy and corporations set the stage for the economic spasms the world has been suffering since then.

All those Brits who today find themselves unemployed, broke, on the street, barely able to make ends meet have the Iron lady to thank for their present predicament, not socialism or communism.

When her death was announced, people throughout Britain sang and danced in the streets and to celebrate the death of the Iron Hag. They even held Thatcher is Dead parties.
Politicians are always asked what their legacy may be. Now we have an answer as to the legacy of Margaret Thatcher: a reviled woman who sold British workers out to the lowest bidder.

Most people don’t like her. This pretty much makes her a damn failure. Never mind what the millionaires and right-wing think tanks and their whores in the media say. Those people loved malignant Maggie because she was good for business. This is all that counts to the wealthy and the privileged business elites: that a “leader” is good for business. If being good for business ends up ruining society, so be it.

Lech Walesa, the Polish leader of the Solidarity trade union movement in communist Poland in the 1980s, praised Thatcher as helping to bring down communism. This claim is quite spacious. But what is Lech Walesa, a man who was a trade union leader who supposedly fought for workers rights, doing praising a woman who hated trade unions in Great Britain and fought them at the same time he was a trade union leader is very bizarre. It looks like Lech has been co-opted by the western capitalist culture class and has forgotten where he came from and how it used to be.

But to be fair to malignant Maggie, her buddy Little Ronnie across the pond was also guilty of the same hypocrisy: supporting the Polish Solidarity trade union while fighting unions in the US.

This one example shows that neither of these two leaders gave a damn about workers rights anywhere. They only supported trade union movements in countries whose governments were socialist and not controlled by the US. They exploited these trade unions to drive a wedge between the people and communism and ultimately used them to put pressure on and get rid of the capitalism-averse socialist systems.

Once those systems were gone, and capitalism established itself in those formerly communist lands, trade unions became a nuisance and a hindrance to free-market operations and were told to get out of the way, or else.

She also did not approve of government intervention in the economy. She saw it as a road to tyranny…except when the government intervention gave billions to the wealthy and the banks, that was a-ok for her!

She was also a buddy of Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet and thought Pol-Pot was a good guy.

Through her upbringing, she was a true conservative at heart. Read this:

A new academic study suggests people with conservative views are more likely to have three dark personality traits.
Dr. Bilal Ghandour specializes in personality disorders at Southeast Psych. Ghandour helps break the personality triad down.
“Machiavellianism… that’s deception. Psychopathy — If you think about the psychopath or sociopath… those individuals who have a disregard for the rights and feelings of other and no remorse. Narcissism — an inflated ego.” 1

Such is the true story of Maggie’s efforts to bring “freedom” and “democracy.”
In reality, the woman was a miserable failure and a divisive mean-spirited pro-corporate shill who left a trail of destruction to her cold grave.

Her admirers will point to her support for the national healthcare system, fighting climate change, belief in evolution and being against the Eurozone.

But her predecessors turned their backs on this without so much as a whimper from the old lady.

She unfortunately infected future Prime Ministers, both Tory and New Labor with her corporate-friendly, anti-worker garbage policies and today Britain is worse off.

Thank you, Iron Lady, may you rust in peace!
